Abstract:

This will be the second installment of an annual presentation/discussion group opportunity for SUNY Interlibrary Loan librarians to learn about the IDS service and new initiatives in resource sharing, as well as hardware and software use and developments in Interlibrary Loan services throughout SUNY. Attendees will learn about a revolutionary new document delivery program, and will have an opportunity to discuss ways to improve our services.
