Abstract:
Meeting the needs of library customers in today's high tech world is a continual challenge. In this session, you will learn how to speak before a group and answer tough questions, interact in positive ways with students and faculty, and make your library a welcoming place on campus. This program has been developed specifically for colleges by Hofmann, who is also an adjunct professor of public administration at Baruch College.
